Johan has an economics degree from Lund University and is an experienced CEO with a demonstrated history in accelerated business growth, such as Malmberg Water where Johan grew the company organically from SEK 150 million to SEK 500 million over 10 years. Johan has great competence in negotiation, business planning, international business, entrepreneurship and sales. Currently, Johan is CEO of Plexian AB, a fintech company listed on First North Stockholm.

Haqvin Svensson, born 1950, Board member

With a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics behind him, Haqvin's primary experience comes from the finance and real estate sector. He is previously CEO and CFO at MKB Fastighets AB, one of Sweden's largest real estate companies. Haqvin also has deep knowledge in financial management and financial analysis.

Pia Kinhult, born 1959, Board member

Pia has a Bachelor of Science Health Administration and a background in the manufacturing industry, especially electronics. She was an elected official within Region Skåne for many years and ended up as chairman of the Regional Board, which gave her a broad and deep knowledge of issues such as leadership and negotiation, but also Swedish healthcare and business development. Today, Pia works at European Spallation Source with host country issues and in-kind negotiations.
